INJURY PREVENTION
What do you do to prepare your body for playing Pickleball? Let me guess: you play Pickleball!
Often times, Pickleball players do not spend any time working on their bodies to prepare themselves for the sport they enjoy playing.
Incorporating a regimen that promotes mobility, flexibility, strength and conditioning, and sport specific exercises is the key to preventing future injuries.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN
We all know the feeling: you get to the courts and cannot wait to play! After all, pickleball can be addicting, making it difficult to resist playing for 4 hours straight.
However, not properly warming up and cooling down when playing Pickleball can lead to poor performance and potential injuries.
REHABILITATION AND RETURN TO PLAY
Unfortunately, even if you have done everything right and prepared yourself for your sport, injuries can still happen.

However, when injuries do occur, making sure you take the appropriate steps to maximize your recovery is the best way to get you back on the court as quickly and safely as possible.
